There's a reason why I worked for WestJet for just over a year and a half. By far one of the BEST companies anyone could ever work for. Going "above & beyond" isn't a sometimes thing with a WestJet employee...it's an always thing! We called it our "WestJet-ittude" Something that MANY MANY MANY companies could learn from. It's tough to find good customer service after working for the best...most other companies are sub-par at best when the comparison is made!

I'm glad to hear your mom had such a fantastic experience.
